You can track your order from your shipping confirmation email or by visiting Sawblade.com. We send an email with a tracking link as soon as your package ships, which you can use any time to check its progress.
You will receive each receipt attached to the order email we will send from Sawblade.com. It will also be automatically saved in the ‘My Orders’ section of your personal account.
Credit or Debit CardsIf you placed your order with a credit card or debit card, your financial institution will place an authorization on your payment method until the order ships. This appears as a pending charge on your account, and the amount varies by financial institution. Usually, you’ll see these charges range from $1.00 to the full amount of the order.
PayPalIf you used PayPal as your payment, your total is deducted as soon as you place your order.
You can cancel your order while it’s still in a Processing status. Once the status changes to Shipped, the order can’t be canceled. Once a cancellation request is submitted, it can’t be undone.

If you return your item by mail, you should see the money appear on your original payment method in up to 10 business days (depending on your financial institution).
You have 30 calendar days to return your product from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please call our customer support at 800.754.6920 for more information.
If a popular item is out of stock, we try hard to restock within 2 weeks. For slower selling items, we try to restock within 1-2 months.
