Shipping and Delivery

Portaband.com ships to customers within the United States and its territories. We offer same-day shipping on orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). All orders placed after 3pm EST will be shipped the following business day. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier once the package has left our facility. We will provide a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped, and you may check the status of your order at any time.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase on unused items in their original condition with all original packaging intact. Returns must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact Portaband.com customer service at [email protected] or 800.754.6920. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit or original payment method used at time of purchase minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges (if applicable). Used items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund minus any applicable restocking fees or shipping charges (if applicable).

Warranty

All blades purchased from Portaband.com come with a one year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase unless otherwise noted in product description page or packaging materials. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper installation or modifications made to the product after delivery from Portaband.com . Any blades determined by Portaband.com to be defective will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer within the one year warranty period as long as proof of purchase is provided at time of claim submission.

Limitation of Liability

Portaband.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or the purchase of products. Portaband.com’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.
